M11 Coaching ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use m11coaching.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

When you make a purchase: Name, email address, and payment details. Payment processing is handled securely by our payment provider (Squarespace Payments/Stripe) — we do not store your full card details ourselves.

When you submit a form (Contact, Leave a Review, Free Replay Analysis): Name (where provided), email address, and any content you submit (review text, feedback, or a link to your gameplay clip). We do not host or store your gameplay video files directly — you share these via a link to YouTube, Google Drive, or WeTransfer, which remain governed by those platforms' own privacy terms.

Automatically collected information: Basic site usage data (e.g. pages visited) may be collected via analytics tools to help us understand how the site is used.

How We Use Your Information

To deliver the coaching service or product you've purchased
To respond to your questions or feedback
To improve the site and our coaching content
To send you information directly related to a purchase or submission you've made

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you've directly opted in somewhere on the site.
